Main Activities involved:

• Providing litigation/pre-litigation legal services for client at courts and arbitration centers, especially in settlement of disputes involving foreign elements on commercial,- civil,- construction,- corporate,- employment, lease contracts,
• Providing investment consultancy services relating to foreign & domestic investment laws, such as: Preparing documents for obtaining applying investment license (Application, Feasibility Study, Company’s Charter, Joint-Venture Agreement, Business Co-operation Agreement, Lease Agreement, etc…)
• Acting as authorized representative for client in legal proceedings to protect clients’ legitimate right and interest before court and arbitration.
• Preparing, making comments, issuing legal opinions on economic-commercial contracts.
• Giving advice on economic law, I.P. Laws, Copyright, Labour Law, and Family Law.
• Drafting/Reviewing contracts on Technology Transfer and Licensing Contracts (Transfer of rights in using I.P. objects)
